Refund & cancellation

The short version: Organizer Free and Player Free never pay. Organizer Premium and Player Premium subscribers can cancel any time, and if you're unhappy in the first 30 days we refund the full amount.

30-day no-questions refund

If you're unhappy with Organizer Premium or Player Premium for any reason within 30 days of your first paid charge, email hello@pickleballcourtscheduler.com and we will refund the full amount. No quiz. No upsell. No "are you sure?" loop. We'd rather you be happy somewhere else than unhappy here.

Cancel any time

You can cancel either Premium subscription from your billing page in two clicks. Your account reverts to the matching free tier โ€” you keep your data, your schedule, and your group. Organizer Premium subscribers revert to Organizer Free (with the 24-player / 4-court per-session cap; rosters above that stay intact and only new additions are blocked). Player Premium subscribers revert to Player Free and lose access to extras like stats, text reminders, and calendar sync.

Reminder before every renewal

We email you a reminder seven days before each renewal โ€” both monthly and annual. The reminder includes a one-click link to your billing page so you can update payment, switch plans, or cancel without hunting through menus.

Accidental renewal? We'll fix it.

If you forgot to cancel and got renewed, just email us within 7 days and we will refund the renewal in full. This is not a one-time courtesy โ€” it's our standing policy.

Organizer Free and Player Free always free

Organizer Free and Player Free never pay, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. You can stop using the product whenever you like. If you delete your organization, all your data is permanently removed.
