Saturday Morning Pickleball
"It used to take me 45 minutes on a spreadsheet every Friday night. Now it takes 30 seconds and the rotation is actually fair."
"The print is big enough that I can read it from across the courts. That's the only schedule app I've ever found that does that."
"I added the avoid-partner feature for one player and it just worked. No more awkward phone calls before each session."
From empty roster to printed schedule in under five minutes โ even on the first try.
Type names and emails once. Set gender, preferred court, and avoid-partner preferences. Players can update their own profile later โ or you can manage everything yourself.
Singles, fixed doubles, rotating doubles, or mixed doubles. Choose how many courts and rounds, then let the algorithm distribute partners and byes fairly.
Three print layouts to choose from โ a board for the courts, a grid for the organizer, or a player-by-player view. Big text, clean lines, no ink-wasting clutter.
Six things every group organizer used to solve with a spreadsheet, a marker, and a lot of crossed-out names.
The algorithm varies who plays with whom each round. With 8 players on 2 courts you can usually go 6+ rounds before any pair repeats.
When the player count isn't a clean multiple of 4, we tell you up front and offer to add a round so everyone ends with the same number of games. Nobody sits out twice in a row.
Mark up to three players a person should not be paired with. The scheduler treats it as a soft hint โ followed when possible, broken only when the math forces it.
Tell the system "Sue can only play 4 rounds" and her rest rounds get distributed toward the end of the session โ without breaking anyone else's rotation.
Strict mode enforces 1 male + 1 female per team. Relaxed mode allows exceptions when the math doesn't work and clearly flags them on the printed sheet.
Add a player mid-session and slot them into future rounds with one click. No spreadsheet rebuilds, no awkward sit-outs for whoever showed up late.
No trial period. No feature limits. The full scheduling experience at zero cost.
See open spots and sign up with a single tap. Cancel just as easily. Real-time headcount so you always know if the game is on.
Get a reminder before every session so you never miss a game. No more scrolling through group texts to find the time and place.
Session full? Join the waitlist. When a spot opens, you're auto-promoted and notified. No more frantic substitute texts.
"Running 5 minutes late." "Bringing extra balls." One chat per session โ no more group text chaos bleeding into every conversation.
See everyone in your group with names, skill levels, and preferred formats. Know who you're playing with before you show up.
Add an emergency contact to your profile so organizers have it on hand. Peace of mind for you and your family.
Most software pretends "accessible" means a checklist nobody reads. For us it's the product. Six things we promise the audience we actually built this for.
Body copy is well above the legal minimum. Headlines are big enough to read at arm's length without glasses.
Every button and link is at least the size of an adult fingertip. No tiny icons, no missed taps, no mystery menus.
Aging eyes see blue as faded. The whole site is built on warm greens and amber so it stays clear at every age.
Help, pricing, sign-in, and contact are always one tap from the top of every page. No nested menus, no hidden settings.
No icon-only controls. Every button says exactly what it does in plain words, even on mobile.
Email us and you'll get a helpful reply within minutes. The address is at the top of every page so you never have to dig for it.
