Privacy Policy

Pickleball Court Scheduler ("we", "us") collects only the data needed to operate the service: the names, emails, and play preferences of the players in your group, plus the schedules you generate. We never sell or rent your data, and we never use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Account info: email, password (hashed), display name.
• Organization info: org name and the players you add.
• Player profiles: name, email, gender (optional), preferred court, avoid-partner preferences.
• Schedules and sessions you create.
• Standard server logs (IP, request path, timestamp) for security and debugging.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide the scheduling service to you and your group. We do not share player data outside your organization, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Your rights

You can export all of your data from the app at any time, and you can delete your account from the org settings page. Deleting an organization removes all of its players, sessions, and templates.
