Yes. Both the Organizer Free and Player Free tiers stay free with no time limit and no credit card required. Organizers can run basic weekly scheduling for up to 24 players and 4 courts; players get the full RSVP, chat, and email-reminder experience. Paid tiers add advanced extras on top — they're never required to run your group.
Your existing roster, sessions, and history all stay intact — nothing is deleted, nothing breaks. Adding the 25th player or 5th court is blocked until you upgrade to Organizer Premium, which lifts both caps instantly. If you upgrade and later cancel, you keep all your data: existing rosters above the cap are grandfathered, and only new additions are blocked.
Organizer Premium is $5/month or $49/year. It lifts the player and court caps so you can run leagues and multi-court facilities, adds reusable session templates, CSV export of your data, mixed-doubles modes, every print layout, and priority email support.

Organizer Premium doesn't have a trial, but the free tier is a complete basic-scheduling experience, so you can run your group on it for as long as you like and upgrade only when you hit a cap.
You keep your account and all your data. Organizers revert to the free scheduling tier; existing rosters above the cap are grandfathered, and only new additions are blocked. Players revert to Free and lose only the Premium extras like stats and text reminders. We send a reminder email a week before each renewal so there are no surprises.
All players can be part of one group for free. Player Premium lets you join multiple groups and see all their sessions in one unified dashboard. Organizer Premium removes the one-group cap on the organizer side.
